Dr (Mrs.) Ngozi Ogbonna-Erondu commends Ohangwa Progressive Union Ghana, for hosting free health screening for Abians
Dr (Mrs.) Ngozi Ogbonna-Erondu, the Special Adviser to the Governor on Diaspora Matters and Special Duties,
visited Ensign hospital, Umuojima Aba on January 4, 2021, where the Ohangwa Progressive Union, Ghana hosted their 2-day free health screening. In her speech, she commended the organizers on behalf of the Executive Governor of Abia state, Dr Okezie Victor Ikpeazu for their benevolence, and pleaded with them to continue to think about home.
She thanked the Governor for providing an enabling environment for Diasporans. She also used the opportunity to appeal to everyone to protect themselves and the community by always putting on face masks since we are still in the midst of a terrible pandemic.
The President of the Union, Hon. Alozie and the owner of Ensign Hospital, Dr Otuonye conveyed their appreciation to Dr Ogbonna-Erondu for her support and encouragement to Diasporans. They promised to always contribute to the wellbeing of Abia citizens and to the development of the state.
